Orders can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to ship. Most styles are made to order, however if you have questions on a particular item email us to check its availability.


You can choose your shipping method at checkout, please note that for international shipping usps ground does not include full tracking or insurance. It is encouraged for international customers to fully insure your packages using UPS or DHL.


The customer is responsible for any additional VAT or custom charges acquired through the shipping process.


We suggest for Domestic and International customers to fully insure their parcels. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they are in transit- it is the customers responsibility to cover additional insurance to make sure your package arrives safely.


Once your order is ready to ship you will get updated emails to check its status. This only updates once the package has been received by the postal service and is scanned.





It is important to take care of your handmade pieces. Take your rings off if you are doing manual labor, don’t wear your jewelry in the water and keep it stored in a nice dry spot.

Repairs are issued to all fine and bespoke pieces, for normal wear and tear on sterling pieces please contact your local jeweler as they can most likely help you for cleanings ect.

For all gold and fine jewelry orders- these pieces should be checked yearly from your local jeweler. Over time stones can loosen due to wear and in order to ensure your piece is in the best shape possible we suggest yearly checkups.



Please make sure you accurately measure your ring size. If by accident the wrong size was sent to you please email us so we can get you the right size. 

A resizing fee of $40 will be required for any changes to the ring once it is completed. Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways.


Custom Work

We want to make something special for you! Custom and special occasion work is approved on an individual basis.

At this time all custom projects have a $1000 minimum and sterling silver projects will no longer be accepted. That means we can work in 14k gold and up- plated and finished to your desire.

Once the overall design and stone options are picked out and approved- your piece will be created by hand carving wax or CAD work (maybe a combination of both) and finally finished and set- ready to wear and cherish for decades to come.

Custom work takes time so if you are thinking of starting a project please keep this in mind. At this time custom work can take 6-10 weeks.

A deposit of 50% will be needed before design can begin.


Personal stones

At this time we are not accepting customer supplied stones for special projects.


Changes to existing styles

If you like something on the site but would like it in a different stone or metal variation please reach out! Additional fees may apply but this can be a quicker way to get something unique.



One of a kind pieces, sale items and custom work are non refundable. There is a 5 day grace period once you receive your order- if there is an issue please contact us within that time frame to get it resolved. 

Eligible returns are subject to a restock fee of $25. 

Gold jewelry is all final sale. Any piece that has been altered with sizing, stones ect. is also final sale 

Orders placed under other vendors are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. 

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.   


For this coming new year, repairs will no longer be accepted for bronze or silver jewelry. We suggest your local jewelry shop for small things like cleanings and chain fixes.
